Uremol 20 is a cream that contains 20% concentration of urea and is useful in the management of keratosis pilaris (KP), a skin condition characterized by bumpy skin.
Urea is a skin active, which also forms part of the skin’s Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). In addition to humectants properties, which helps it attract moisture, the urea in Uremol 20 also has exfoliant properties. This is important in managing keratosis pilaris to help penetrate through the rough bumps leaving skin feeling smooth and soft.
Uremol 20 is ideal for dry skin, but the high concentration of urea may make it unsuitable for sensitive skin, leading to irritation. Do a patch test first and introduce gradually, carefully watching for any reaction. Although highly effective, Uremol 20 may not be suitable for everyone. If your skin is sensitive consider a urea formulation with a lower concentration of active ingredient. La Roche Posay Iso Urea contains 5% urea along with shea butter for additional moisturization. It’s ideal for rough, dry winter skin.

I am in Jamaica and is in need of this product bad bad bad for heel cracks. Simply put, it is the best, nothing else works. I cant find it anywhere but I stumbled on this site. Is it still available and what is the cost?
