  1. What is your return policy?
    We are happy to accept the return of unused and unopened packages in their original condition/packaging up to 30 days after receipt. Opened and used products cannot be accepted for return. An exception may be made in case of faulty product or if you experience a reaction. If this is the case please contact us for an assessment and return authorization. We are not able to refund shipping charges unless the error was ours.   2. How fast will I receive my order?
    Most orders will ship within 1-2 days after receiving your order, Monday to Friday. We offer a range of shipping options to many shipping destinations. Please visit our shipping page for more detailed information.
  3. Do you offer a printed catalog?
    Our entire list of products is available online. Unfortunately we do not offer a print version of our product listings.
  4. What type of shipping and packaging material do you use?
    For shipping we use recyclable kraft corrugated boxes. We use biodegradeable starch chips or recycled paper for our packing material. In some cases we reuse packing material that we receive.
  5. Do you offer free product samples? Some of our body care manufacturers offer samples of their products. If these are available, based on your order, we try to include samples of products that we think you might like. We also offer smaller trial sizes of many body care products. These can be purchased for a nominal cost allowing you to try something that you might want to purchase in the future. Please email or call us toll free if you have any questions.
  6. What is your privacy policy?
    Your trust and satisfaction is very important to us and we do not rent, sell or share any of customers’ information with any third parties. Please click here for more details.
  7. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. We regret that we are unable to accept cash, checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or COD’s.
  8. Can I place my order by phone?
    Yes, you can place your order over the phone during normal business hours. Please click here for business hours.
  9. Will I get charged sales tax?
    On shipments within British Columbia, you will be charged PST of 7%. On all shipments within Canada, we collect GST of 6%.
  10. Do you ship outside North America?
    We offer shipping in North America as well as to a range of international destinations. Please check our shipping page to see if we offer shipping to the country where you reside.
  11. How do I list my product on your website?
    We spend a considerable amount of time researching and evaluating products for our store. If you think that we might be interested in carrying your product please see our contact us page – ‘vendor submissions’.
  12. What should I enter as my billing address?
    Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address (same address that appears on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
