Free Shipping to the USA on Orders $150 and Over!*

Our store only ships to the United States using Canada Post (delivery with the United States Postal Service). Shipping prices have increased significantly in the past few years and we have tried to minimize costs to you as much as possible. These are our 2 shipping options:

  1. Orders < $150. Canada Post Tracked/Expedited – $12. 
  2. Orders $150+. Canada Post Tracked/Expedited – FREE.

For all orders, please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order and expect delivery between 1 to 2 weeks after placing order. You will be contacted with any unexpected delays.

Note: We don’t offer an express shipping service. 

When Do We Ship?

Our facility ships several times a week, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order prior to shipping it. For example, an order placed on Monday by noon Pacific Time, may ship anywhere between Monday to Wednesday. An order placed on Friday by noon Pacific Time, may ship anywhere between Friday afternoon and the following Wednesday.

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to notify you of the delay along with an approximate ship time.

Shipping Methods

We ship using Canada Post Tracked Packets or Expedited Mail. Your order will be shipped with a tracking number, which you should receive once via email once your order has left our facility. Your order will be delivered by the United States Postal Service.

Taxes and Duties For US Customers

Please note that you may be charged duties and/or taxes for your order as it is coming from outside the country where you reside. Duties and/or taxes charged by your postal service and/or government are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise what duties and/or taxes may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.

Shipping Surcharge For Heavy Orders

If your order is unusually heavy (generally weighing more than 1kg/2.2lbs) additional shipping fees may be incurred. We will always contact you prior to shipping if this is the case.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Lost packages will be dealt with on an individual basis. We will either send a replacement or offer you a credit depending on our service provider’s policies regarding shipping. It may take up to 60 days to issue a refund depending on circumstances.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept the return of unused and unopened packages in their original condition/packaging up to 30 days after receipt. Opened and used products cannot be accepted for return – no exceptions.

We are not able to refund shipping charges unless the error was ours.

Return Procedure

Please follow the steps below to ensure that your return is handled promptly.

  1. If you would like to return an unopened item in its original condition/packaging, please email us or phone us toll free at 1-866-876-3649 to request a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your original order. We are not able to refund items that have been opened or used and are not in their original condition or packaging.
  2. We will give you a return authorization and provide instructions on how to send your shipment back
  3. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from
  4. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was due to our error. If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake or if you receive a damaged item, we will reship the correct item to you at our cost. We will also pay the cost for you to ship the incorrect item back to us. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, or credit.
