What is HEV Blue Light?
By now, we all know the dangers of exposure to UVA and UVB rays, but what about visible blue light? You may have heard about blue light from screens and devices, but the greatest source of visible light is the sun (also called High Energy Visible light). Occurring in the 400nm to 450nm wavelength, HEV blue light has shorter wavelengths but high energy.
How Does TriAsorB Work?
Developed by Pierre Fabre Research, TriAsorB has a unique ability to absorb and reflect UVA, UVB and HEV rays. These rays can accelerate skin aging and also be harmful for the skin, particularly for those who are prone to pigmentation by triggering melanin production. More melanin equals more pigmentation.
