Probaclac Vaginal Probiotic Capsules (14) reduces the recurrence of bacterial vaginosis. Each capsule contains 8 billion active cells, concentration guaranteed until expiry date. Does not require refrigeration.

In the case of healthy vaginal flora, friendly bacteria maintain a natural state of equilibrium against unfriendly bacteria. A normal vaginal pH level is between 3.8 and 4.2, which means that the vaginal environment is acidic. This acidity maintains the equilibrium and keeps the vaginal ecosystem healthy. Any change in the pH level creates a lack of equilibrium among the vaginal flora, and represents a risk of infection.

FAQ:

1. Can I use a vaginal probiotic during the menstrual cycle? It is best to wait until the end before starting treatment. The menstrual flow does not allow the probiotics to exert their beneficial effect. Good bacteria are evacuated with the menstrual flow and therefore can not balance the vaginal pH.
2. Can I use a vaginal probiotic during antibiotic therapy? If taking oral antibiotics, you can use Probaclac vaginal. If taking vaginally administered antibiotics, wait until the end of treatment.
